Give your teenager the edge! This programme (for 14-19 years) will develop your teenagers' leadership skills, giving them an edge in making well-aligned career decisions, and tools for a purposeful life. Our team will take them on a 'once in a lifetime' leadership journey that adults wish they had experienced as youth!

This flagship programme has been born through having teenage children of our own, and one thing that we all want is the best for our children.  We have consistently heard feedback from other parents, and employers, that young people today need more support in the development of their personal drive, attitude and the leadership skills that will not only engage them in a purposeful life, but will prepare them to make informed career choices and to successfully make the transition into the workplace.  This programme is designed to give your teenagers a head start in life.

The programme (certified by the University of York, UK) ) equips young people with the skills, confidence, attitude and mindset to set appropriate goals for their future career and create solid foundations for a purposeful life.  We run programmes at several international locations (during school vacations).  They are based upon training, reflection, appropriate and stimulating outdoor and indoor team building challenge, personal coaching and mentoring support by University of York accredited and experienced professionals, using up to date interventions in a safe, enjoyable and disciplined environment.  For those 16+ year olds, there is also an opportunity to complete a project to get ahead with a Chartered Management Institute, UK qualification.

Young people come out of this programme feeling energised, purposeful and positive about the future!
