David Smith-Collins is an inspirational Executive Coach, Thought Leader, Consultant, Leadership Mentor, Author, Trainer/Facilitator, Programme Designer and International Public Speaker. He has a wealth of corporate experience in HRD, Operational Performance Delivery and Change Management. With over 30 years in Policing his career has involved Strategic Planning, Performance Delivery, Security Management, Risk Management and Disaster Recovery.
David has extensive experience of operating at a strategic level in public, private and third sector organisations, both in the UK and internationally, bringing a broad spectrum of knowledge, awareness and expertise across a wide range of subjects and disciplines. David is a Law Graduate, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and he holds an M.A. in Coaching and Mentoring and an M.A in Organisational Management and Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Criminology from Cambridge University.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the Association of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.
