David Smith-Collins

David Smith-Collins is an inspirational Executive Coach, Thought Leader, Consultant, Leadership Mentor, Author, Trainer/Facilitator, Programme Designer and International Public Speaker. He has a wealth of corporate experience in HRD, Operational Performance Delivery and Change Management. With over 30 years in Policing his career has involved Strategic Planning, Performance Delivery, Security Management, Risk Management and Disaster Recovery.

David has extensive experience of operating at a strategic level in public, private and third sector organisations, both in the UK and internationally, bringing a broad spectrum of knowledge, awareness and expertise across a wide range of subjects and disciplines. David is recognised for his Public Speaking, excellent training and people skills, strategic change management expertise and motivational abilities.

David is a Law Graduate, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and he holds an M.A. in Coaching and Mentoring and an M.A in Organisational Management and Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Criminology from Cambridge University.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the Association of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.

Dr. Victoria Smith-Collins

Dr. Victoria Smith-Collins is one of our most experienced facilitators/coaches, with expertise in Executive/business coaching, consulting, and designing and facilitating leadership development, marketing and soft skills programmes globally.  Victoria has worked internationally for over 12 years, where she has Headed the Learning and Development and HR Business Partnership function of a regional bank.  She was involved extensively in human capital development; designing and delivering projects related to employees' career development planning, succession planing, the development of high-potential employees, employee engagement and wellbeing and organisational culture shift.  Victoria has a successful track-record of supporting strategic change management strategic projects.  She has extensively coached employees from junior to the most senior levels of organisations.

Prior to her work at the bank, Victoria worked for a highly successful international training institute.  Here she focused on bringing UK based accreditations to the Middle-East, managing those programmes and their academic requirements, delivering and facilitating programmes (over 2000 hours of programme delivery).  In her latter days at the Institute she focused on consulting with clients and custom building Leadership and Soft-Skills programmes that have a real and tangible impact on the clients' organisation and their market.

Victoria has a PhD in the area of Consumer Psychology, and she is passionate to make a positive difference to peoples' lives, both internally within organisations through the impact that organisations have through engagement with their customers, and on wider-society as a whole.
