What makes some teams highly successful, and other teams with similar experience, skills and abilities fail?

Through our Strategic Partnership with TMS Development International (TMSDI®), we are accredited facilitators of the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile.  The profile is used throughout the world in both public and private sectors.  More than 1 million people have completed the questionnaire in more more than 160 countries.  It's international success is testament to its unrivalled acceptance as a major tool for personal, team and organisational development.

We feel happy and energised when we do what we are passionate about, and a team functions particularly well when the elements of the wheel are balanced.  The Profile gives you more perspectives on individual performance, high energy team working and organisational culture.  It offers personal feedback based on extensive research with and for managers into what creates personal success and high performance teamworking.

Participants are asked to complete a very user friendly online questionnaire (taking around 15 minutes).  This is analysed by special software to provide a 4,500 word customised report.  Reports can be customised for individuals, for personal development and teams can be mapped onto the wheel.
